Hey,
ReplyDeleteIt is crazy that there were 300 million dollars of fraudulent unemployment claims. I am sure that they did not actually recover all of the money lost, but it seems as though they recovered a piece of it. I think the only solution is to hire more monitoring or possibly create AI algorithms that can help find fraudulent applications from the real ones. Something needs to be done, because people are taking advantage of the current state of our country.
Hey Jean,
ReplyDeleteIt was interesting to read about the economic opportunities that you have identified! I especially found it interesting to see how Miami is dealing with the current coronavirus situation. It was also nice to see the situation in Hong Kong being discussed more as there is a lot of injustice in that area of the world and seeing attention drawn to that helps.
